Xavier is an Outpatient Therapist with a background in clinical mental health counseling and forensic psychology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and holds master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
Xavier has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, impulse-control difficulties, and the challenges we face in our everyday life. His background in forensic psychology and graduate research has strengthened his understanding of the factors that can influence behavior, decision-making, and personal change. He recognizes that each client’s experiences and goals are unique and brings this perspective to his clinical approach.
Xavier takes a compassionate, individualized approach to counseling and strives to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, develop effective coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. He believes therapy is a collaborative process and works to meet each client where they are while helping them build on their existing strengths. Respect for each client’s cultural background, values, and lived experiences is an important part of his approach, and he strives to create a space where every client feels heard, understood, and respected.
