
Cristina earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Massachusetts Global. She enjoys working with individuals and couples and is especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community. Cristina understands the importance of having a therapeutic space where clients can feel seen, respected, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. She is passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they navigate relationships, identity, life transitions, family dynamics, and the unique challenges that may arise within and outside of the community.
Cristina uses a holistic approach tailored to each client’s individual experiences and goals. She incorporates mindfulness practices, to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. She believes therapy is a collaborative process where clients can explore their stories, recognize their strengths, deepen their relationships, and feel empowered to create lives and connections that are authentic and meaningful to them.
