
Dwipa is a Master’s level clinical intern currently pursuing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at Oakland University, Michigan.
She brings in a culmination of Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor’s in English Literature and Psychology. She has experience of working as a School Counselor prior to the counseling program in India. She has prior experience of working with kids, adolescents, adults, both individuals and groups.
She believes that empathy, rapport building and authenticity are key essential elements in a therapeutic relationship. She likes to blend the traditional approach with creativity with her clients and engage in art therapy, play therapy and mindfulness.
She likes to unwind by engaging in Do It Yourself art projects, Self Care, Meditation, Exercise and Cooking.
