IHT Supervisor/Clinician - MA

Michael is a licensed mental health counselor based in Boston, MA, with over 10 years of experience in the field. His diverse background spans adaptive sports and community-based interventions for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) across the greater Boston area. Throughout his career, Michael has held roles as an in-home therapy clinician, outpatient clinician, and triage manager at a community behavioral health center on the North Shore.

Michael specializes in trauma-informed therapy, Gestalt therapy, the Socratic method, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive restructuring. He holds certifications in parental mental health through Postpartum Support International and the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative via the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Currently, Michael serves as a clinical supervisor at Embrace Pathways while continuing to provide outpatient care to clients in the community.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family, volunteering at his local church, staying active at the gym, and going on bike rides. A passionate musician for over 20 years, he continues to stay involved in the music scene.
