
Marcella serves as the Clinical Director of the Malden office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, from UMass Boston in 2016. In December 2022, she completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Trauma Studies, from Cambridge College. She became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in March 2025.
Marcella brings extensive experience in the mental health field, having worked across a range of settings including Early Intervention, Family and Probate Court, Juvenile Court, residential programs (including latency and adolescent group homes), Independent Living Programs, and Teen Parent Programs. She also has several years of experience collaborating with state agencies such as DCF, DMH, and DTA.
She is deeply committed to supporting teens and young adults, with a particular passion for mentoring young women. Marcella emphasizes the importance of building practical life skills and believes in empowering youth through advocacy, guidance, and skill development to foster independence and long-term success.
