Haytam graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following graduation, he worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for over two years. He then pursued his Master’s degree in Applied Psychology at Northeastern University.
Haytam has over three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families with a variety of mental health diagnoses. He also has approximately two years of experience working as an In-Home Therapist (IHT), providing individualized support and therapeutic interventions to children and families in their homes and communities.
Haytam is passionate about creating a supportive and compassionate environment where children, adolescents, and families feel understood and empowered. He believes in meeting each individual where they are and working collaboratively to build on their strengths, develop coping skills, and support positive growth.
Outside of his professional work, Haytam enjoys traveling, watching sports, and exploring documentaries. He values spending his free time learning about new places, cultures, and topics that spark his curiosity.
