Emily grew up in a small town in Indiana, she also lived in Florida for a while, and recently moved to Massachusetts. Prior to working at Embrace, Emily worked at Dealership as a receptionist. Additionally she worked for CampMeds, a small business who help little kids who go to summer camp and organized their medication they need. At this role she communicated with doctors and pharmacies about customer concerns with medication for their child. Emily started at Embrace Pathways to Wellness as a receptionist in December of 2021. When first starting her role here she was a receptionist. She assisted clinicians and clients with intakes, scheduling, as well as calling insurance companies about eligibility, benefits, and claims problems. She has now been promoted to the billing department and has more responsibilities such as: submitting claims to insurance, fixing/motoring billing errors and assisting client’s with any insurance questions. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, decorating and spending time with family.
