Daniela is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Lesley University, where she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Holistic Psychology. She is passionate about supporting individuals through a holistic, compassionate, and client-centered approach that
recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.

Daniela’s background in psychology and healthcare has shaped her understanding of the importance of empathy, connection, and creating supportive spaces where individuals feel valued and understood. She approaches her clinical work with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are while honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths.

Her clinical interests include trauma-informed care, holistic mental health, identity development, and supporting individuals through life transitions. As a Colombian American and bilingual Spanish and English speaker, Daniela values culturally responsive care and strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. She is committed to fostering a collaborative and nonjudgmental space that supports healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Outside of her professional and academic work, Daniela enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, crafting, going on foodie adventures in the city, and practicing meditation. She values mindfulness and self-care and enjoys finding meaningful ways to incorporate these practices into
her everyday life.
