Bernadette is a nonprofit and education professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting youth, students of color, and first-generation students through community-centered programming and student success initiatives. Her work has focused on building meaningful connections between students, families, schools, and alumni networks while creating opportunities that promote long-term educational and personal growth.

As an Alumni Success Coordinator and consultant, ​Bernadette has expertise in program development, alumni engagement, event planning, student support, and DEI initiatives. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces that empower students to thrive both during and after their educational journeys. Her collaborative and relationship-driven approach has helped organizations strengthen engagement, expand programming, and foster lasting community impact.

​Bernadette earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Northeastern University and her Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Loyola University New Orleans.
