Before joining Embrace Pathways, Karen gained valuable experience in different industries. At a transportation company, she showcased excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail while managing orders and finances. She further strengthened her sales and communication skills in a clothing and shoe store, where she built rapport with customers and handled negotiations.
Since early 2024, Karen has been an essential part of Embrace Pathways as an Appointment Scheduler. She verifies insurance, coordinates appointments, and keeps communication flowing with clients via phone and messages—ensuring a seamless experience for every family we serve.
Outside of work and school, Karen enjoys reading, solving puzzles, and relaxing with friends and movies. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she is also enthusiastically studying German, reflecting her love for learning and growth.
