Jeff is a Therapeutic Mentor at Embrace Pathways, where he supports youth in navigating life’s challenges through consistent guidance, relationship-building, and skill development. He believes deeply in the power of mentorship and the role that extracurricular engagement plays in a young person’s growth. As a proud father, Jeff brings empathy, structure, and real-life experience into every interaction—creating a safe space where youth can build confidence and resilience.
He began his educational journey at Roxbury Community College and later earned a basketball scholarship to the University of New Haven, where he continued to grow both academically and athletically. Over the past eight years, Jeff has worked alongside state governors and mayors on community development initiatives focused on equity, opportunity, and youth empowerment. Whether on the court or in the community, he remains passionate about helping others discover their potential and build toward a brighter future.
