Jan Loyd is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Social Studies. He has one year of experience in the e-commerce industry, where he assisted customers with order-related concerns such as order status, placements, and cancellations.
He also worked for three years as a Patient Support Specialist at Florida Lung, Asthma, and Sleep Specialists (FLASS), where he helped patients schedule and manage appointments and assisted with concerns related to insurance, prescriptions, and medical requests such as CT scans, X-rays, and MRIs.
Outside of his academic and professional responsibilities, Jan enjoys playing volleyball and watching documentaries about politics, history, psychology, and other social sciences, reflecting his strong interest in society and human behavior.
