I was born in Colombia and moved to the United States with my family when I was 12 years old. Since then, Miami, Florida, has been home. I am a proud mother of two wonderful sons, ages 9 and 3, who inspire me every day to grow both personally and professionally. My husband and I share a love for fitness, reading, and traveling, and we strive to raise our children with an appreciation for meaningful experiences, kindness, and respect for others.
Professionally, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with experience in community mental health, private practice, and more than a decade in managed care. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, access quality care, and achieve meaningful improvements in their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is mentoring and supporting other professionals as they grow in their careers. I find great fulfillment in sharing knowledge, developing future leaders, and helping others build confidence in their abilities and reach their full potential.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped a strong commitment to service, advocacy, and leadership. Whether working directly with individuals or supporting multidisciplinary teams, I am dedicated to empowering others and creating opportunities for growth, connection, and positive change.
