Gabriela is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Brazil in 2002 and completed her Master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling in Cambridge, MA, in 2015.
With over 15 years of experience, Gabriela has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. In 2017, she started her private practice while also serving as a supervisor and program director at a local community agency. Her commitment to providing quality services to minority populations led to the expansion of her practice in 2020, resulting in the creation of Embrace Pathways.
In her current role, Gabriela leads a multidisciplinary team, acting as the main link between different divisions within the agency and managing its overall operations and resources. She is passionate about training, encouraging, and influencing new providers in their careers to ensure the highest standards of care for all clients.
Gabriela is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
