
Deniss has a PhD In Alternative Methods for Conflict Resolution from Nuevo Leon Autonomous University, a Master’s Degree in Psychology specializing in Family and Couple Therapy from CIFAC A.C Centro de Investigacion Familiar A.C, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Nuevo Leon Autonomous University in Mexico.
Deniss is a bilingual psychologist who speaks Spanish and English. She is a compassionate and holistic psychologist who believes that all people have the capacity to learn and grow from their difficult and best life experiences. Deniss has a caring nature and active listening skills to make clients feel safe and comfortable to openly discuss their needs with her, and she supports clients to feel empowered to learn and apply new coping skills. She has experience counseling individuals and couples using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Brief Eco-systems Therapy, Positive Psychology, Conflict Resolution, Person-centered approach, and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy to treat clients based on their unique needs to heal and manage their personal development and achieve a healthy life balance.
