Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem State University in 2023, driven by a lifelong passion for understanding the human mind and supporting mental well-being. As an IHT Administrative Assistant at Embrace Pathways, she plays a key role in supporting our team and ensuring we provide the best care possible to clients.
Being bilingual in Spanish and English, Carolyn is committed to fostering inclusive and accessible mental health care by helping bridge communication gaps. With plans to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, she is dedicated to continuing her growth in the field and making a meaningful impact. From an early age, Carolyn knew this was the path she was meant to follow and is grateful to be part of a team that shares the same commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, Carolyn has a passion for JDM cars and enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Mika.
