Ashley is a hard-working woman and currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Salem State University. Ashley started at Embrace working as a secretary since January 2021. She is currently the office manager, and her daily tasks and responsibilities include taking phone calls, taking intakes, scheduling, processing insurance payments, guiding clients in filling out consent forms, filing paperwork, and overseeing all the agency operations.
She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done ahead of time. Ashley’s goal is to become a licensed mental health counselor soon to help adolescents and young adults. Quality time with friends and family is important to Ashley and she tries her best to spend time with each one of them. Ashley is bilingual in Portuguese and English.
