Amy B.

Clinician - MA

Amy is a Licensed Supervised Mental Health Counselor (LSMHC) who earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University, where she also graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

Amy is known for creating a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. Her approach is empathetic, direct, and collaborative, helping clients feel understood while encouraging self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful change. She believes that therapy should be a space where individuals feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling empowered to challenge patterns that may be holding them back.

In addition to her clinical work, Amy serves as the Mentoring Coordinator at Embrace Pathways to Wellness, supporting the professional development of fellow clinicians and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.

Outside of her professional work, Amy enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with loved ones, traveling to new places, and practicing yoga and mindfulness.
