Through this role, she learned the importance of active listening, emotional awareness, and effective interpersonal communication in addressing people’s needs and concerns. Furthermore, her experience as an Administrative Staff member strengthened her organizational, time management, and coordination skills, enabling her to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
