Morgan is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a background in psychology and neuroscience, and a minor in nutrition. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University, where she developed a strong foundation in developmental, biopsychological, and mindbody perspectives. Her work is grounded in an integrative approach that recognizes the deep connection between emotional health, the nervous system, and overall well-being.
Morgan’s approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and developmentally informed. She draws from evidence-based practices to support clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, helping them develop tools that foster both insight and practical coping.
While Morgan enjoys working with children and adolescents and often incorporates creative, developmentally appropriate techniques, she is open to working with individuals across the lifespan.
