
Yoscairy Raymond is the School-Based Coordinator Assistant at Embrace Pathways, where she serves as the first point of contact for students, families, and staff seeking support services within the school environment. In this role, she manages the intake process, evaluates student and family needs, and coordinates timely referrals to ensure access to appropriate care. Yoscairy collaborates closely with school counselors, psychologists, special education staff, and external providers, while maintaining strong communication with clinicians and interns to streamline services. With a focus on cultural sensitivity, organization, and advocacy, she works to ensure students receive coordinated, effective, and timely support.
Her experience includes serving as a Medical Social Worker at Lynn Community Health Center, a Program Coordinator at Boston Children’s Hospital Ophthalmology Foundation, and a Student Liaison at Chelsea High School, where she supported ninth-grade transitions and expecting and parenting students. She also served as the Assistant Program Director at Centerboard’s STEP-UP program, an independent living program for teen parents, where she guided young families toward stability and self-sufficiency. In addition to her social service work, Yoscairy is also the Founder of Olive Branch Financial Services, where she provides clients with practical tools and guidance to strengthen their financial and business stability.
Yoscairy serves on the Board of Directors for the Saugus Public Library Foundation and has been recognized for her leadership with the “29 Who Shine” State Award and as part of the 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. Passionate about community impact, she is dedicated to mentoring, advocacy, and creating opportunities that help individuals and families thrive.
